		Jared Burzler Captain Jared has worked for Charisma for nearly ten years, the last two as Captain of the current 130 foot Charisma. Jared has quickly earned major kudos as one of the top charter captains in the industry. In addition to his duties as Captain, Jared also serves as the water sports specialist. Having been around the water and boats most of his life, his experience with water skiing, kneeboarding, and wakeboarding is extensive. He loves fishing, fly fishing, all water sports, and playing the piano. Since earning his Captain's License at age twenty-one, Jared has had experience on charter yachts in the Bahamas, Caribbean, Costa Rica and Central America, Cuba, and the United States' East Coast, giving him the background and experience ot make every charter fun and exciting.
Tina Fox First Officer Tina Fox has seved on board Charisma for ten years, twelve years as master dive instructor. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, she has always had a love for the water - both above and below! As a certified Master Dive Instructor for more than ten years, she has logged more than 5000 dives in the Caribbean, Central America, the United States, and the Bahamas. If it's diving and snorkeling that interests you, Tina will make sure that your underwater experience is maximixed. She is also a life-long boat handler and has her Captain's License.
		Shawn Williams Chef Shawn, going on five years with Charisma, has been professionally trained in his home country of Australia, has traveled extensively across the globe to compile a spectacular list of menus for your fine dining. With a passion for inventing new dishes, he has had no trouble delighting guests for the past three years on Charisma. Whether it is fresh caught fish or lobster straight from the Bahamain waters, or special preparations of the finest beef, poultry, or pasta, Shawn will have a special recipe that will make meals memorable. Those who have experienced his gourmet cooking don't hesitate to say that Shawn is the best!
Lindie MacGregor Head Stewardess Born and raised in South Africa, Lindie never imagined that she would be cruising around the world as a stewardess onboard Charisma. Her outgoing personality and attention to detail make her perfect for looking after the most demanding guests. She has obtained her sailing day skipper license and has had many years of experience working on luxury yachts.
		Andrew MacGregor Engineer Born in South Africa, Andrew worked on his family's pine tree farm where he learned how to repair and maintain large saw mill machinery. His love for the open water led him to get his license as a certified sailing day skipper and complete a voyage across the Atlantic aboard a 40-foot catamaran. On the Charisma, he has the responsibility to maintain and operate the extensive machinery.
