Comprised of a captain, two officers, two stewards, a top-rated chef, and an engineer, this crew of seven will stop at nothing to make your stay aboard the Charisma everything you imagined - and more!

Whether you want a relaxing cruise or one filled with activity, the crew will optimize your vacation to the fullest by tending to your every whim and fancy. With years of experience, they will ensure your safety and enjoyment while on board.

Captain
Jared Burzler

Jared Burzler (1600T/3000 ITC All Oceans USCG/ 300T Marshall Island/ Bahamian Charter Captain's license) has extensive experience aboard the Charisma having been first officer for over 6 years prior to taking over as captain in August of 2004.

Jared has been on the water driving and sailing boats most of his life. Growing up on the shores and lakes in New England, he was 21 years old when he received his first captain's license. Since then his yachting / chartering career has taken him in to the Bahamas, Caribbean, Central America, Cuba and the US East Coast. Jared's wealth of Knowledge is a key ingredient resulting in frequent repeat clients.

In his off time, Jared enjoys inshore and offshore fishing, fly fishing, all water-sports activities-- and playing the Piano!   

Engineer
Zachary Tyson

Zachary grew up on the beach in Galveston, Texas.  By the age of ten he was an avid surfer and junior lifeguard.  He attended Texas A&M before entering the yachting industry six years ago as a marine engineer. Since then he has attended many cou rses at the Maritime Professional Training School and has acquired both the USCG and MCA Engineering Certifications.

He has traveled extensively in the Bahamas, Caribbean, Eastern US, Pacific Northwest, California, Central America, as well as the Mediterranean.

Chef
Chef Sean C. Rosbach

Born in Saginaw, Michigan, Sean lived all over the states, Colorado being his favorite. Sean has over twenty years as an experienced chef, though he also loves snowboarding, travel, music, camping & generally a passion for all outdoor activities. His lure of travel & adventure led him in to joining the yachting industry in 2006 in which he has worked on several yachts ranging up to 200‘ caring for all 14 crew and 12 guests on his own. Chef Sean would be happy to tailor a menu for you and your guests while cruising through the caribbean waters on board the CHARISMA.

Chief Stewardess
Tina Fox

Tina has served aboard the Charisma for more than 10 years. Born and raised in Miami, Tina grew up with a love water, both above and below! Tina's effervescent personality and attention to detail enable her to anticipate the desires of even the most demanding guests. Tina also serves as our dive instructor on board. She has logged over 5,000 dives in the Caribbean, Central America, Galapagos, United States and the Bahamas. Tina is also a lifelong boater and holds a US master captain's license.  

First Officer
Rohan Sellers

Rohan is from The Whitsundays area of Queensland Australia.  He has been heavily involved in sports all his life, which has brought about a lifestyle of where he grew up free-diving, surfing, skiing, fishing and spear-fishing.
His travels20have taken him throughout the globe though, his boating career has seen him go from commercial fishing vessels in the Gulf of Carpentaria Australia and yachting throughout the Mediterranean, Bahamas and Caribbean. 

Due to always being active in small watercrafts and his passion for ocean activities, he has continued to pursue a career in the yachting industry obtaining a MCA 200ton offshore yacht-master & Marine Engineering Certificates. Some of his other certificate achievements include; PADI Rescue Diver &  a Bronze Medallion in Surf Rescue. Rohan is motivated to continue a life in yachting and is awaiting his final examination of his AMSA Master Class V license.

Deckhand
Erin Kindt

Erin hails from the East Coast of Australia. She enjoys the outdoors and all water-based activities, and is a certified PADI Divemaster and Australian Lifesaver. 
Erin has a degree in Political Science and is pursuing a degree in Law, although she prefers her job as Deckhand onboard Charisma to sitting in an office! 

Erin’s love of travel and the ocean has led to working in the yachting industry and she hopes these passions will continue to weave their way through her life and career.  Her favourite places include Hawaii, Central America and South-East Asia, and she looks forward to seeing the rest of the world sometime soon. 

Stewardess
Jenny Hartlaub

Jenny comes from a diverse background, from her ethnicity to her places of residence to her jobs. One constant she has always had in her life is the ocean and all the wonderful activities associated with it.  She brings her hospitality industry background, her love for the outdoors and sparkling personality to the Charisma.
